The caretaker quarters are located a few hundred feet north from the main residence. It features a 12 x 40 finished upstairs studio apartment with a Pine ceiling, propane burning heat stove, small kitchen space, Marmoleum flooring, Pella windows and full bath on lower level.

Below the apartment is a three car garage with black and white epoxy floors, high ceilings and finished walls. This space is a car lover’s delight!

Studio/ Workshop

Currently used as an artist’s studio this finished space could easily be a workshop, game or fitness room.

Dog Lovers Delight 

Dogs live in luxury here too! For their fun and enjoyment is a heated kennel with auto refill water system, large stainless steel bathing tub with hot and cold running water and exterior dog run.
