Master Plan Video Tour

Private White Sands Beach

Featured on the property is an 80ft. x 180 Ft. man made lake, blue green in color, and 14 feet in depth. The lake includes an aeration system and imported white sand beach. It has and automatic, constant water level system and serves as irrigation for the pasture, landscape and fire protection. The nearby pump house includes a fire hose hook up.  Next to the lake and sandy beach is a large cedar viewing deck. If you enjoy entertaining lakeside in the evening, electricity is available for your convenience.

The rock gardens consist mainly of perennials and quaking Aspen. The lawns are blue grass and fescue. To service the landscape is a thirty-one zone, Rain-bird, pop-up sprinkler system. There is a drip water system by the entry steps. The entry steps and landings leading to the main home are heated.

The water falls, ponds and stream here seem to magically appear from the lava peak behind the home. During the construction of the home, this lava peak was carefully dismantled, the waterfalls were installed, and then the peak was carefully re-assembled, rock by rock.

The six person outdoor spa, off the master suite overlooks the mountains and 33,000 acres of Skyline Forest. It too was and engineering feat. It was carved from lava, smoothed with plaster and lined with Gunite and tile.

As you enter the security gate to this property you will see ½ mile of beautiful pine rail fencing to your left. To the right of the entrance is a boulder inscribed with the name of “Aerie,” for lofty nest of raptors. You will also see ½ mile of electronic censored lighting, ½ mile of paved driveway, and 80 acres of selectively cleared land that purposely left the natural Lodgepole pine, Manzanita and Juniper.

To greet you as you approach the home is a thirty-five foot totem pole designed by the owners and skillfully crafted by a Montana Artisan.
